Supplier Sourcing

Supplier scouting and qualification for companies, buyers and startups. From Italian producers for those seeking Made in Italy, to international suppliers for Italian companies sourcing abroad.

  • scouting
  • qualification
  • due diligence
  • negotiation

A buyer-side service — we work for those who buy, not those who sell — built on twenty years of direct practice across Italian manufacturing districts and international supply networks.

/WHAT WE DO

Sourcing on both sides of the supply chain

Supplier Sourcing is a buyer-side service. We work for those who buy, not those who sell. In two directions:

  • Outbound: international companies, buyers and startups looking for Italian producers and manufacturers in Food & Beverage, Fashion & Textile, Manufacturing, Design & Furniture.
  • Inbound: Italian companies looking for international suppliers — machinery, components, raw materials, packaging, semi-finished goods.

Tatiana Frascella, Senior EXIM Manager UNI 11823:2021 (EXI058), brings twenty years of direct experience across Italian manufacturing districts, international supply networks, supply chain and cross-cultural negotiation.

The output isn't a list of names: it's a qualified shortlist, ready to be contacted.

  4. Design & Furniture

Design supply chain: furniture, lighting, kitchens, contract furnishing. Brianza, Veneto, Tuscany districts and specialized foreign suppliers.

  5. Supplier qualification & due diligence

  6. Negotiation & first order

/PROCESS

How a sourcing project begins

Every sourcing project begins with a scoping conversation:

  • product category and technical specifications
  • required volumes and quality standards
  • desired source markets
  • delivery requirements and INCOTERMS
  • timeline and budget

From here we define the scope of work, the districts or networks to map, the qualification criteria and the delivery timeline.

/START

Starting the project

The first contact qualifies direction (outbound/inbound), product category, target markets, timeline. From there the project is sized.
