/PROFESSIONAL CODE
Professional code
Working principles and commitments to the client.
Eight principles that state how K-Worldwide operates before, during and after each engagement. They apply uniformly to all projects, regardless of size, sector or intervention pillar.
-
Dignity of the person
The client is a professional counterpart. The preliminary phase of each project serves to jointly assess whether the engagement makes sense for both parties, before quantifying it economically.
-
Confidentiality
Every engagement is covered by a confidentiality agreement. Client names, market data, supplier maps, strategic data are not disclosed to third parties either during or after the project's conclusion.
-
Transparency
Economic terms, hours, expected deliverables and acceptance criteria are stated before the project starts. Any scope revisions are agreed in writing before execution. No unagreed additional costs nor unsolicited supplementary commercial proposals are introduced mid-project.
-
Conflicts of interest
K-Worldwide does not take on simultaneous engagements for companies in direct competition. Any conflicts that emerge during execution are declared and managed with the client.
-
Professional limits
K-Worldwide operates within the scope of its own certified competencies. Requests that exceed that scope are declared to the client with an indication of the appropriate professionals. Accredited certifications are not issued directly; they remain the responsibility of the certifying bodies.
-
Use of artificial intelligence
Artificial intelligence tools are integrated into the method as an operational multiplier. Content verification and the signature on the output always remain human.
-
Working times and availability
Response times and execution times are agreed at the start of the engagement. Projects are structured around verifiable intermediate deadlines.
-
Honesty of method
The analyses and strategies developed by K-Worldwide are based on verifiable data and direct experience. When information is missing, incomplete or doubtful, it's declared as such and not filled in with unsupported estimates.
This code applies to every engagement. It's publicly stated as a methodological choice.
